With currently 24 employees, we plan, design and manufacture your products here in Weil im Schönbuch, Baden-Württemberg. Due to our large vertical range of manufacture, we are also able to respond flexibly and at short notice to your wishes, to offer individual testing technology and to manufacture it directly at our site.

Information on these external and internal topics is monitored and reviewed. Resulting opportunities and risks are presented in a SWOT analysis and reviewed annually. The basis for the risk assessments are the process analyses we have conducted.
Knowledge management
Leitec Test Solutions GmbH identifies and determines the knowledge required to carry out the processes listed in the process landscape and to achieve optimum conformity of its products and services. The foundation on which the work of Leitec Test Solutions GmbH is generally built is the knowledge generated through long experience. These external and internal sources form the backbone from which we start. This knowledge is maintained and continued through appropriate training. The necessary resources are provided for this.
