The mechanical adapter is always used when the medium is Vacuum is not available, the quantities are in the small to medium range, fast, cost-optimised interchangeable adapters but also complex stand-alone adapters are to be used for functional tests as well as end-of-line testing.
This is why the mechanical adapter is your ideal test equipment, also from an ergonomic point of view, from simple contacting in your laboratory to stable test equipment suitable for series production in your production.
The mechanical adapters, which we market under the name FamilyBox design, build and distribute are available in different configurations.
TECHNOLOGIES AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Usable areas from 100 x 100 mm up to 550 x 450 mm
- Standard working stroke 14 mm
- Drives: mechanical or pneumatic via toggle levers or link guides
- Back panel configurations can be customised for your test system
- Interchangeable System or Stand Alone Adapter
- The interface between the interchangeable adaptor and your test system is made via an external FamilyBox lying lifting beam.
- Interface for up to 10 interface blocks
- Safety concept for tests > 25 V AC / > 60 V DC
