VACUUM FIXTURE
The vacuum adapter is the ideal system for contacting your assemblies, especially in in-circuit and functional testing. The contact force and speed generated by the vacuum offers the possibility to realise fast cycle changes and to reliably test assemblies with high density and a high number of test points. Even large-area assemblies can be reliably tested at any time. The technology is particularly suitable for assemblies in medium to high quantities and has been developed for series operation.
TECHNOLOGIES
The vacuum adapter can be designed and manufactured in the following versions:
- Single and double-sided contacting
- Structure with vacuum-free zone
- Contacting in conventional spring contact or FinePitch rigid needle technology
- 1-stage contacting (single stage)
- 2-stage contacting (dual stage), can be used on one or both sides
- Multi-stage contacting with mechanical or pneumatic actuator
- Vertical vacuum bonnet for high components up to 100 mm
OPTIONAL
- Mechanical push-button actuations
- Lateral mechanical or pneumatic approach mechanisms for contacting plugs, sockets, on-board components, etc.
- Installation of test probes from any manufacturer
- Installation of LED evaluation units with light guide
- Installation of additional measuring electronics in the basic adapter
